Maybe the rarest and more expensive of all 1/ 43 Opel models
are these japanese Miniature Pet . Curiously the nr 1 was also the last
model made , before changing name . Made in the 1960's , we find one
piece model , well done , body including bumpers and finely engraved
grille , etc . I don't know how many colors were available but at least
two colors , metallic blue and brow with tin base , lithographed
interior and cardboard box .
Tin base and specialy lithographed tin interior aren't easy to find in
1/43 models , but curiously the german Rex model also has a tin base . # 4090 , the metallic blue model has a perfect body but is
unboxed and has one dent on the base , while the brown # 4093 is MB .
These models
are always rare and very expensive . |
